We at Leatherati.com want you to keep in mind, our Leatherati Calendar of Events! Leatherati has its own D-I-Y Calendar that community members can use to place their own events. You can even enhance your submission by submitting photos via email as well! If you are new to our site or have not yet used our Calendar Tab, here is a quick tutorial on how to place your event and let the world know what’s happening in your area!
1. Go to Leatherati.com
2. Roll your mouse over the Tab Titled CALENDAR and click “Add an Event”
3. Fill out the form and click “submit” at the bottom!

As you are navigating our Submit An Event form, I’d like to give you all the help I can with it. From now on, any questions concerning the Leatherati Calendar can go directly to me and I will do my best to be expedient in answering your queries.
When filling out the form. Be sure to take a close look at the “Event Categories” part of the form. When you click “Show all”, be sure to work from Continent>Region>City. For Example if you wish to have an event in Atlanta I would advise you to check United States, SouthEast, Atlanta boxes. This way it is easier for the readership to find your event.
If you are wanting to use an Image to help identify and bring more visibility to your event, click “Choose File” and you will be prompted to upload an image. Quick and Easy!
If you have already entered in the Venue with the Name, Address, City, Country etc…previously, then all you have to do for the next time is to click the tab “Use New Venue” and the tab will toggle previously used venues. You can either scroll down and find the venue you are look for or do a search within that part of the tab. If you are wanting to use a new venue, then simply fill out the form and it will be saved to our database.
Is the same as Venue. You can search to see if you or your organizer is already saved to our database by clicking “Use New Organizer” or fill out the form if the organizer is not found or if you are listing a new organizer.
If you click “Custom” in the Recurrence category, you have the ability to make a recurring event. If you have a munch every 4th Friday, or gear night on 1st Saturdays, here is where you would be able to let the Calendar know to repeat the event on certain days. This is whether Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
Once you have submitted your form, I get an email notifying that an event is ready for final look/edit and to be placed “live” in our calendar!
