Eagle SF Closing?
There's frantic buzz all over the web today about the reported closure of the Eagle Tavern at 12th and Harrison in San Francisco. Here's a blurb about it on SFGate.com
Be sure to read the comments. It would be a shame to lose the Eagle, god knows at least a couple of generations have spent (squandered?) many a night cruising the patio. But we tend to agree with the observation that the Eagle of lore closed a long time ago when it became the Eagle Tavern.
Still, it's a great place to have all those fundraisers.
