I really think that Polyamory is the new "love that dare not speak it's name". Well, except for that whole slippery-slope-marrying-horses-and-siblings thing that über conservatives carry on about.
Having just formed a polyamorous kink family, I'm pretty interested in the entire topic. What works? What doesn't work? And so forth. I can tell you what I find surprising are the small details that pop up where you'd least expect it. Ever try to book three adults in to a hotel room with one king bed? Believe it or not you can't. 3 people in one bed is too far beyond the pale every for queer-friendly Orbitz. So you end up 1) lying about the number of adults or 2) with two queen beds and trust me, 3 guys in a queen bed is...challenging.
