ECLSb - interview

Won a really cool photo print at the MLT Leather Brunch.

Had a really good interview with the new ECLSb titleholders on my new camera. Hope it's not too shaky.

Stopped in at the Eagle for their Leather Swap, bought a few things. Not going to Squeal. I heard from Tom Stice that it was really packed and a long waitlist for a room. If I was to go, i'd need a room for all my stop. Plus i need a rest before the Spearhead Fantasy Ball tonight.

ECLSb - Announced changes to MLT

I love how Victoria Windsor phrased about the change in titleholders:

"We went through some recasting, and the role of Mr. Leatherman Toronto will now be played by Ryan Lemesurier."

And aside from that change, there are other major changes up ahead for Mr. Leatherman Toronto. Or should I say Mr. Toronto Leather Pride?

ECLSb 2011 contest highlights

To make up for the technical/testicle difficulty with my contest posts earlier, here are the highlights from the ECLSb 2011 contest:

• Because Master C and boy iain were competing for the LeatherSIR and Leatherboy titles respectively, they each have to achieve a score of 70% or above to attain the title. Just like the previous year.

 

• This year's Community Builder Awards went to:

1. John Brodhagen, manager of Steamworks
2. Carlos Fileti, owner of the Black Eagle Toronto
3. Mr. International Rubber 2009 Fenn, the stage manager for the ECLSb 2011 contest

 

• Tom introduced a number of titleholders, including a new Mr. Leatherman Toronto 2011, Ryan Lemesurier who assumed the sash recently after the stepdown of Paul Hackett. More news regarding that at the MLT Leather Brunch tomorrow.

 

ECLSb - Fangs

When I was first introduced to International Community Bootblack 2011, Red Warrior, last night, I immediately noticed her fangs. I asked her about her fangs, and she said she loves to wear them whenever she can and have fun biting girls with them.

I asked about biting boys, and Red Warrior explained that she would need permission from her master first. However, in a photo I took of Sir Hugh, Canada's boy ian (International Leatherboy 2011), and her, Red Warrior is pretending to bite boy ian while boy ian pretends to look scared.

Red Warrior commented that she loves her title family, to play around with boy ian, and with boy ian, to keep Sir Hugh "on His toes".

How fitting for this Family Day holiday weekend!

ECLSb - Tom Stice speaks

Tom Stice, emcee for ECLSb makes his announcements over the mike. He asks Eastern Canada LeatherSIR 2010, Sir Marc to translate in French about being fisted and fucked. Sir Marc responds to Tom by saying that he'll rather do it to him instead and asking Tom to bend over. Tom walks away.

And a long weekend in Toronto begins...

This is your Leatherati North correspondent, J.J. Deogracias, getting ready to kick off this holiday weekend in Toronto (as this Monday is the Family Day holiday in Ontario). I will be covering the Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy (ECLSb) 2011 contest weekend, the 21st Anniversary of the Northbound Leather Fetish Night, and the Spearhead Fantasy Ball.

Tonight, I will be heading to the Meet & Greet (or is it, Meat & Greet) for the ECLSb 2011 weekend and the kick-off party for the Spearhead Fantasy Ball, which is all happening at the Black Eagle Toronto (which is incidentally voted as the Business of the Year for the 2010 Pantheon of Leather Awards). I will be armed with my new Nikon P7000 camera and an outfit that will hopefully make the leatherpeople's heads turn.

I will be posting via Leatherati Live throughout the weekend, so watch out for my posts as events unfold. This is my first time using Leatherati Live, but it should be easy since I love to tweet (as @TheGayDragon and @gaysianista on Twitter). I just hope I don't overload the server :D

Update about Eastern Canada LeatherSIR/Leatherboy 2011 weekend

The Spearhead Fantasy Ball/ECLSb Victory Dance is taking place at Fly Nightclub (8 Gloucester Street) this year, NOT at the Courthouse.
